DST · National Quantum Mission
Understanding entanglement through quantum and classical intelligence.
Quantum and Classical Machine-Learning-Enabled Detection, Quantification, and Certification of Quantum Entanglement for Quantum Circuits and Secure Communication.
A collaborative research programme under India's National Quantum Mission
Making quantum entanglement measurable, interpretable and useful.
Quantum entanglement is a defining resource for quantum computation and secure communication. This project brings together quantum algorithms, experimental circuit measurements, classical machine learning and quantum machine learning to study entanglement in a systematic and scalable way.
The research focuses on methods to detect whether entanglement is present, quantify its strength, identify its class, and certify it from quantum-circuit observations. The programme connects foundational research with tools relevant to real quantum devices and secure quantum technologies.
